    No. Clavera is an independent tool. JCHA and HUD have no relationship with, endorsement of, or involvement in Clavera.

  • 03What happens if I still fail my inspection?

    Clavera is preparation software, not a guarantee — only a HUD-certified inspector can pass or fail your unit. If you fail, email me with the inspection report and I'll walk through the findings with you and re-prep you for the re-inspection at no extra cost. That's a Founding Member commitment.

  • 04Do you store photos of my property?

    Photos you upload for a Photo Check are stored in your private account so you can review past audits. They are not shared, sold, or used to train models. You can delete any photo at any time.

  • 05What if I have units outside Jersey City?

    Clavera is Jersey City and Hudson County-focused for now. The NSPIRE checks work anywhere, but the paperwork is JCHA-specific.
